Your project:

MonoBoost is an appflame mobile app that helps people find and cancel unwanted subscriptions and keep their personal finances under control. It's already available on the App Store and Google Play and has gathered over 100,000 users.

Payment analytics is one of the product's key areas, and currently has no dedicated analyst. You'll be its owner: the full cycle from hypothesis to decisions that directly impact product metrics.

Payment orchestration is a large context that directly affects payment conversion, rebill rate, unit economics, and the business's ability to scale. Here you'll systematically find specific growth points.

You will:

• Run risk-metric analytics (VAMP, claim rate) and support A/B tests from hypothesis to decision, with full statistical analysis and assessment of side effects on ARPPU, rebill rate, and conversion.
• Work across payment orchestration: analyze MID performance, routing, retry strategies, and decline flow, and find points to optimize payment throughput.
• Build and develop payment-metrics reporting and turn analysis into concrete recommendations the team can pick up and implement.
  
  

We'll have a match if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Product or Data Analyst.
• Work confidently with SQL and have real experience with large datasets in product tasks, not just academic ones.
• Have a deep understanding of statistics: experiment design, statistical significance, confidence intervals, and small-sample work.
• Have end-to-end A/B testing experience, from hypothesis to decision, including impact assessment on adjacent metrics.
• Communicate conclusions clearly and with sound reasoning, not just report numbers.
• Are self-driven with a high level of ownership: dive into a new domain and deliver tasks without micromanagement.
• Have experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Have English at an Upper-Intermediate level.
  
  

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in payments or a subscription business.
• Basic Python (pandas, numpy) for segmentation and clustering tasks that can't be solved in SQL.
