Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech SaaS company helping businesses take control over their spending. We're scaling fast across global markets and looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who can own enterprise relationships, drive upsell revenue, and build long-term partnerships with clients.

This is a high-ownership role with a direct impact on revenue - not just support. If you thrive in a commercial, client-facing environment and know how to grow accounts, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain your customer portfolio and make your accounts grow by upselling and cross-selling
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the full customer journey
  • Run regular calls, account reviews, and QBRs with key stakeholders
  • Prepare and coordinate commercial and legal documentation (contracts, offers, amendments) in collaboration with the legal team
  • Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction - proactively address risks before they become problems
  • Work closely with product, sales, and operations to resolve client needs and relay feedback
  • Contribute to building scalable CS processes as the team and product grow

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a hybrid Sales/CS role
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or a services-based company
  • Proven track record of growing accounts through upsell and cross-sell
  • Experience managing mid-size to enterprise clients
  • Able to navigate commercial discussions: pricing, contracts, discounts, and offer preparation
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English (B2 minimum)

Nice to have

  • Experience in a SaaS + services hybrid model
  • Background in sales or revenue-driven CS with clear KPI accountability
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and contract workflows
  • Ukrainian language - a real advantage
  • Startup experience - you're comfortable with change and building things from scratch
