Employee Experience Team is the team behind the office vibe at BetterMe. We create a workplace where people enjoy coming to work, feel supported, and have everything they need to do their best.

We're looking for an organized and proactive person who loves bringing ideas to life, solving everyday challenges, and making every office day a little better. If you enjoy creating great experiences for people, we'd love to meet you

Your Impact

• Help organize internal events, including team buildings, corporate events, workouts, and wellness activities.
• Support the creation and coordination of company merchandise.
• Welcome company guests and provide support to employees and internal teams.
• Coordinate courier services and manage deliveries related to office operations and company events.
• Handle administrative tasks and support managers with daily requests.
• Search for and communicate with vendors and service providers for office and event needs.
• Be available by phone or messenger on weekends and holidays in case of urgent situations.
  
  

About You

• Experience in an administrative role, or a strong interest in starting a career in this field.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to complete tasks on time.
• Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, dependable, and focused on getting results.
• Motivated to grow and build your career within the Employee Experience Team.
• English level: Intermediate or higher.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
