Requirements
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel functionalities, including data entry, simple formulas, and fundamental spreadsheet organization, to support HR data management.
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft PowerPoint features for creating and editing presentations, enabling support for HR communication and training materials.
- A foundational understanding of Google Sheets, specifically basic pivot table creation and manipulation, for assisting with data analysis tasks.
- Possessing a basic knowledge of HR service delivery principles and processes, with a willingness to learn and contribute to efficient HR operations.
- Academic exposure to or a foundational understanding of basic compensation and benefits concepts, supporting the team in related administrative tasks.
- English: B2 level and higher.
- Assist in maintaining HR-related records, ensuring accuracy and completeness under supervision.
- Support the HR team in preparing basic reports and presentations using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Participate in data entry and verification tasks within HR systems and Google Sheets, including basic pivot table operations.
- Collaborate with senior HR professionals to understand fundamental HR service delivery processes and best practices.
- Help in gathering and organizing information related to compensation and benefits programs for review.
- Observe and learn about various HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
- Contribute under guidance to the coordination of HR-related events or internal training sessions.
- Assist in responding to basic employee inquiries, escalating complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution.
- Learn to utilize HR software and tools for administrative tasks and efficient data management.
