You will:
- Launch, structure, and scale UA campaigns on multiple channels.
- Monitor key KPIs daily and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Implement AI/automation approaches to speed up analysis, testing, and workflows.
- Cooperate with the Creative team.
- Research and apply market insights to improve user acquisition processes.
- Independently manage campaigns and make correct basic optimization decisions.
- Maintain clean tracking, low error rate, and clear weekly reporting.
- Have up to 1 year of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or digital advertising (career switchers are welcome).
- Have Upper-Intermediate English or above.
- Know how to work with performance data and make optimization decisions based on metrics.
- Be proactive, results-oriented, and eager to grow quickly in your career.
