Your IMPACT:

  • Managed strategic relationships with DIY retail chains, negotiating directly with category managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Developed long-term partnerships with key customers and ensured effective communication at store level.
  • Planned and executed sales strategies, consistently driving sell-in and sell-out performance.
  • Analyzed sales results across chains, regions, and stores to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Expanded distribution network by acquiring and developing new DIY retail partners.
  • Managed product assortment, including SKU optimization, product launches (NPI), and category development initiatives.
  • Ensured retail excellence through planogram compliance, POS materials execution, pricing accuracy, and brand standards implementation.
  • Planned and coordinated promotional activities, managed marketing budgets, and evaluated campaign effectiveness (ROI).
  • Led field teams, including promoter supervision, store coverage planning, KPI management, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversaw operational processes, including inventory management, forecasting, logistics coordination, order management, and competitor analysis.

  • Analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel (75% of time)
