Kindgeek is looking for a relationship-focused professional who knows how to build trust and lasting connections with clients. Your mission will be to turn new leads into long-term relationships and continuously improve our client engagement process.

Requirements

We're looking for an Engagement Manager who has:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement within the IT domain;
  • Strong understanding of sales and business development processes, from lead generation to deal closure;
  • Experience preparing and managing proposals (RFPs, estimates, presentations);
  • Organizational and managerial skills to coordinate and drive the proposal development process across teams;
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot);
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (excellent verbal and written communication);
  • Proactive, self-driven attitude with a focus on results and continuous improvement;
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Will Be a Plus

  • Experience working in the fintech domain;
  • Experience with AI tools and process automation (e.g., integrating AI into sales workflows).

Responsibilities

As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling the proposal process — from initial discovery calls to preparing and presenting proposals to prospects;
  • Nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
  • Maintaining accurate records and sales pipeline management within the CRM system (preferably HubSpot);
  • Tracking key performance metrics and providing insights to improve conversion rates and engagement strategies;
  • Collaborating with the marketing and delivery teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
