Specialist Customer Service & Inside Sales

As a member of our customer service team, you will be supporting our Ukrainian customers (mainly dealers, end-users, installers/construction companies, architects). You will assist them in order management, responding to their questions, solving customer claims, and providing the best service through different contact channels.

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver professional customer service and support across multiple channels, including phone, e-mail, ticketing systems, chat, and in-person interactions in our showroom
• Process customer orders and prepare commercial quotations efficiently in SAP and related systems
• Advise customers on products, services, and logistics-related matters, providing timely and solution-oriented support
• Manage end-customer leads from initial inquiry to follow-up, ensuring professional guidance and effective conversion opportunities
• Handle customer complaints and claims professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer master data in our CRM system and perform administrative tasks related to customer service operations
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and regional teams to achieve our business KPIs
• Occasionally represent our company at trade fairs and partner events
  
  

Our requirements:

• You have completed vocational training or an equivalent qualification, ideally in a technical or commercial field
• Prior work experience in customer service or inside sales is a bonus, but not mandatory
• You are interested in technical products and enjoy learning about new solutions and technologies
• You feel comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications and other digital tools; experience with SAP or CRM systems is beneficial
• You are fluent in Ukrainian and you also possess good English skills
• You enjoy supporting customers and you bring empathy, patience, and a positive attitude to every interaction
• You value teamwork and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds and areas of the business
• You are reliable, well-organized, and take pride in delivering high-quality work
