We are seeking a motivated, multitasking, and ambitious individual to support our sales and marketing efforts. You will have an extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Job Description

You will assist the marketing team in facilitating all marketing-related efforts and serve as a sales support & lead generation resource for our sales team members. Activities could include such things as:

• Prospects engagement on LinkedIn
• Building reports for marketing campaigns
• Presales activity, warming leads
• Running nurturing campaigns
• Executing brand awareness campaigns
• Providing assistance in audience qualification, including coordinating with vendors so these activities can take place at scale
• Management of the marketing funnel
• Data processing
• Coordinating with team members to summarize and publish the status of various initiatives to drive alignment with key stakeholders
• Individual contribution; facilitation of assigned tasks

• You are advanced or fluent in English (you will be communicating with US-based colleagues and vendors)
• You keep the customer in mind in all you do
• You are proficient in the G-Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets, Drive, Calendar, Hangouts, Meet, Forms, etc.)
• You are always pushing yourself to learn more and deliver results
• You are intensely detailed and data-driven
• You are comfortable to work in a fast-changing environment
