Commercial Policy Manager

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

As Commercial Policy Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company’s commercial policy agenda and ensuring effective management of trade investments, promotions, and discount strategies across channels.

You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate key stakeholders, and support the development of long-term commercial strategies. Your role will focus on optimizing commercial investments, improving business performance, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for Sales and Marketing teams.

YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF:

• Leading commercial policy projects and delivering key objectives;
• Managing annual Trade Investment Strategy review (Discount Matrix, value drivers, channel investments);
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders;
• Supporting RGM and trade investment optimization;
• Driving process improvement and operational efficiency;
• Analyzing performance, identifying gaps, implementing corrective actions;
• Optimizing promotion execution and investment effectiveness;
• Monitoring and reporting Commercial Policy KPIs;
• Building cross-functional relationships and collaboration across departments.

OUR NEW TEAM MEMBER NEEDS TO:

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2);
• FMCG experience (Commercial Finance, KAM, Retail Trade, Strategic Channel Management);
• Experience in promotion & discount management optimization;
• Cross-functional project management experience;
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn insights into recommendations;
• Business/financial acumen and customer awareness;
• Stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Strategic thinking and change management;
• Advanced MS Office;
• Promo Management experience (nice to have).

The main office of the company is located in Velyka Dymerka. Corporate buses are provided from metro stations Chernihivska and Lybidska, and also, from the city of Brovary and the settlements of Velyka Dymerka, Bohdanivka, Kalyta.
