You will:
- Analyze the behavior, intents, and desires of the target audience, transforming insights into hypotheses for creative testing.
- Conduct consistent research on competitor activities and market trends.
- Build a testing backlog for creative concepts.
- Coordinate the creative production process, clearly formulating design briefs (technical specifications) for marketing designers.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative testing efficiency based on data, where efficiency means lower cost per acquisition ($), lower CAC, and a higher volume of tested concepts with a superior Win Rate.
- Нave 2+ years of experience in performance creative production.
- Have deep understanding of top-of-the-funnel marketing metrics.
- Have structured workflow approach—you base your conclusions on data and analytics, rather than subjective perception or "common sense".
- Experience working in a startup or an R&D environment.
- Experience in subscription-based businesses.
