We're looking for daring, ambitious, and "a little crazy" people — those who love building real products and dream of launching cool startups. You have the ambition; we have the conditions to make it happen.

You will:

• Analyze the behavior, intents, and desires of the target audience, transforming insights into hypotheses for creative testing.
• Conduct consistent research on competitor activities and market trends.
• Build a testing backlog for creative concepts.
• Coordinate the creative production process, clearly formulating design briefs (technical specifications) for marketing designers.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative testing efficiency based on data, where efficiency means lower cost per acquisition ($), lower CAC, and a higher volume of tested concepts with a superior Win Rate.
  
  

We'll have a match if you:

• Нave 2+ years of experience in performance creative production.
• Have deep understanding of top-of-the-funnel marketing metrics.
• Have structured workflow approach—you base your conclusions on data and analytics, rather than subjective perception or "common sense".
  
  

Will be a plus:

• Experience working in a startup or an R&D environment.
• Experience in subscription-based businesses.
