Back-Office Manager (B2B Sales, Industrial Equipment)

Location: Vinnytsia, Yuzvynska St. (Peremychka)

• Processing customer inquiries: preparing commercial offers, sales invoices, and contract documentation
• Preparing primary documentation (sales orders, shipments, accompanying documents)
• Client communication at all sales stages: from initial contact to post-sale support
• Working with CRM systems and electronic document management
• Coordinating internal processes and communication with suppliers
• Experience in B2B sales or customer support (preferably in industrial or technical equipment)
• Confident use of office software (Excel, Word, CRM systems, Dynamics, etc.)
• Experience in public procurement platforms such as APS Tender, SmartTender, etc.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, ability to structure tasks
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer orientation, initiative, and ability to respond quickly to inquiries
• Official employment and social guarantees according to the Labor Code of Ukraine
• Working hours: Mon–Thu from 9:00 to 18:00, Fri from 9:00 to 17:00
