Operations Associate

Hi there! We are looking for an Operations Associate for a partner company. The company is helping bring about our victory — that is all I can say at this stage. More details will be shared during the introductory call.

We are looking for a candidate who will keep our operations running smoothly. This is not a management position or a spotlight role; it is for someone who takes pride in order, reliability, and making sure things simply work. When you do this job well, the team won't even notice problems — because there will be none.

We are open to candidates with or without prior experience, including those at the start of their careers

What you'll do:

• Operational support for the team in Kyiv — being the go-to person for all organizational matters
• Procurement: supplies, equipment, hardware
• Kit and inventory management
• Coordination with the international team
• People ops support: device logistics, assistance to the recruiter
• Finance and admin support: invoices, receipts, expense tracking
• Travel coordination for colleagues visiting from abroad
• Operational support for company events in Kyiv

• Native Ukrainian, English B2+ (we have an international team)
• Full driving licence and willingness to drive
