Your project:

Mailkeeper. It is a SaaS solution designed to improve user retention and increase overall product revenue through email marketing, push notifications, and PWA channels.

Mailkeeper team integrates directly into products and provides a full cycle of email processes – from developing email strategies and testing hypotheses to optimizing email logic and managing sender reputation using its own email marketing service.

You will:

• Own relationships with external partners: communication in chats and on calls, and coordination between partners and our internal team.
• Monitor partner health: sending volumes, deliverability, email metrics, and revenue - spotting anomalies early and reacting fast.
• Dig into data to find growth points, generate hypotheses, and launch A/B tests and experiments.
• Drive technical integrations with partners: clarify requirements, write clear tickets, and work with developers and QA to ship them.
• Maintain documentation and keep the direction transparent and predictable for both the team and partners.
  
  

We'll have a match if you:

• Have 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Have English at B2 level or higher.
• Are proactive - you generate your own hypotheses and push things forward without waiting to be asked.
• Have an analytical mindset - you're comfortable working with numbers and build decisions on data.
• Communicate strongly - you can run partner communication independently and drive discussions to decisions.
• Use AI tools actively in your daily work and have built AI workflows or automations.
• Have basic technical literacy - you understand what an API is and can speak the same language as developers.
  
  

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with email marketing / retention channels.
• Understanding of email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, sender reputation).
• Experience with Jira and sprint-based development processes.
