AI Growth Manager (AiSDR)

AiSDR is an AI sales agent platform that helps 300+ B2B companies book qualified meetings on autopilot. We handle personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and SMS — 24/7, with responses in under 10 minutes. SOC 2 certified, profitable, not raising. Team of 33, offices in Lviv and Warsaw.

We're looking for an AI-native Growth Manager who loves running experiments, automating workflows, and finding creative ways to generate pipeline. You'll work directly with the CEO and use AI agents daily to move faster than a traditional marketing team.

About You

• You have experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, or GTM. We care more about what you've built than how many years you've worked.
• You've owned at least one growth channel and are excited to learn the rest.
• You look for ways to automate repetitive tasks rather than doing them manually.
• You move fast, test constantly, and aren't afraid to break things
• You're comfortable switching between SEO, content, social, paid acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.
• You're already experimenting with AI agents, Cursor, MCPs, automations, or similar tools.
• You're curious, ambitious, and hungry to prove yourself.
• You're fluent in English.
  
  

What You'll Do

• Launch and run growth experiments every week.
• Drive demand generation across paid acquisition, SEO, AEO, content, social, and lifecycle marketing.
• Build landing pages optimized for both search engines and AI search.
• Work with the CEO to create content and grow the founder's brand.
• Improve website conversion through continuous testing and optimization.
• Build AI-powered workflows to automate marketing operations.
• Support outbound campaigns and use AiSDR to automate and improve marketing workflows.
• Analyze performance, scale what works, and continuously improve what doesn't.
• Build lifecycle campaigns that convert trials into customers and expand existing accounts.
• Keep an eye on competitors and identify new opportunities or threats.
• Turn customer success stories into case studies and marketing content.
