As a Senior Analyst, you'll help identify and evaluate Ukraine's next generation of globally successful technology companies. Working alongside Endeavor Ukraine's leadership team, you'll research promising scale-ups, assess their growth potential, and support the selection of future Endeavor Entrepreneurs.

This role is ideal for someone who loves research, enjoys breaking down complex business models, and is curious about how successful technology companies grow. You'll gain first-hand exposure to venture capital, entrepreneurship, company scaling, and the inner workings of Ukraine's tech ecosystem while collaborating with founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders across Endeavor's global network.

About You

• 0–3 years of professional experience (including internships, research experience, or early-career roles in consulting, finance, venture capital, technology companies, scale-ups, or business). Exceptional recent graduates with outstanding analytical abilities are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand business models and market dynamics
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail
• Curiosity about high-growth companies, technology, and how businesses scale
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English
• A proactive mindset with a high level of ownership and willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides
  
  

What You Will Do

Company Research & Selection (70%)

• Research and identify high-potential Ukrainian technology companies that could become future Endeavor Entrepreneurs
• Analyze business models, markets, competition, and growth potential
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of prospective Endeavor Entrepreneurs
• Prepare company profiles, investment briefs, and analytical materials for Local and International Selection Panels
• Support entrepreneur interviews and company due diligence
• Maintain CRM and ensure data quality across the pipeline
  
  

Entrepreneur & Ecosystem Support (20%)

• Support the team in responding to entrepreneur requests through research, market intelligence, and ecosystem insights.
• Support mentor matching and ecosystem introductions
• Help prepare founder success stories, ecosystem reports, and internal knowledge materials
• Support community events, founder gatherings, and ecosystem initiatives
  
  

Research & Operations (10%)

• Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical materials
• Support fundraising, partnerships, and special projects across the team
• Monitor trends across Ukraine's technology and entrepreneurial ecosystem and emerging technology sectors
