Description

Supports and maintains business process automation solutions on the Appian platform, with a primary focus on design, development, incident resolution, and enhancement delivery. Ensures the stability and health of the production environment while building scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with Appian best practices. Works closely with business stakeholders, production users, and cross-functional teams to customize platform capabilities and deliver effective process automation outcomes.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing solutions on the Appian platform.
• Strong understanding of Appian objects (Records, Reports, Interfaces, Process Models, CDTs, Constants, Rules).
• Strong expertise customizing Appian to address platform limitations.
• Experience with Appian Plug-ins, Sites, and SAIL UI design.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and web service integrations (REST/SOAP).
  
  
  

Location Requierments:

• In office: This position requires working on a hybrid schedule of at least three in-office days per week (excluding Ukraine), with the possibility of eventually being required in the office full-time. Candidates that are not local must relocate within a few weeks after their onboarding. Remote candidates will not be considered.
  
  
  

Working hours:

• Eight working hours per day
• Ukraine: 5:00am-1:00pm ET (Eastern Time Zone)
• Other countries: Determined based on actual location, but minimum overlap through 1:30pm ET.

Job responsibilities

• Conduct incident resolutions.
• Facilitate building enhancements.
• Ensure the stability and health of the production environment.
• Design, build, and support end-to-end Appian applications including architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Design and implement Appian solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Customize Appian solutions to address business needs and platform limitations.
• Ensure adherence to Appian development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support deployment, release management, and environment configuration.
