Your role

Your role
- You will provide education like trainings, courses, and webinars for all dental professionals.
- You will train our dealers / universities, holding local courses.
- You set up aligned courses between country Academies EME.
- You harmonize Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), Regional Opinion Leader (ROL) Management according our Global Business Unit (GBU) within the EME region.
- You integrate Academy within EME.
- You collaborate, create courses, webinars, and workshops with KOLs, ROLs according to our market demand in the dedicated region.
- You serve universities, social institutions (health insurances) with our focus products, holding lectures at universities and maintaining contacts in the interest of the company and set up scientific studies according to our product focus.
- You are responsible for selected internal and external trainings (e.g., local trainings & lectures, scientific forums, external lectures, and opinion leaders).
- You develop existing ROL and create a pool of speakers for the responsible markets in consultation with our sales team and headquarter.
- You are the interface between Marketing and Ivoclar events / lecture management.
- You support local events, exhibitions and trainings.
- You prepare quarterly reports on Professional Service activities.
- You collaborate with market sales team to achieve the market goals.
- You are located in Ukraine
- Education in dentistry with practical experience is a must
- Experience in the dental market is required
- Native Ukrainian speaker with good English skills
- Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and excellent negotiation skills
