Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology, IT architecture, or technology governance within financial services or fintech.
• Familiarity with regulatory and security requirements in Ukraine, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, operational risk management, and data protection.
• Great organisational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, or technology governance frameworks.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of the Bank’s IT strategy: Design and execute the Bank’s IT and technology strategy in alignment with business objectives, ZEN Group technology standards, NBU requirements and international standards.
• IT infrastructure and architecture management: Oversee the implementation and evolution of the local technology architecture and ensure the continuous, reliable and scalable operation of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, data centers and cloud services.
• Banking IT systems development and support: Oversee the implementation, modernization and maintenance of banking IT systems, including core banking, payment systems and remote banking channels, ensuring alignment with Group technology standards.
• Digital transformation and technology innovation: Drive digitalization, automation and technology transformation initiatives, including collaboration with global ZEN teams on system migrations and broader technology transformation projects.
• IT project management: Plan, budget and oversee IT projects, ensuring effective management of timelines, resources, quality and delivery.
• IT governance and regulatory compliance: Support IT governance processes, including required documentation and reporting, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure technology initiatives and frameworks comply with NBU and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• IT security and cybersecurity: Ensure the implementation of appropriate technical information security and cybersecurity measures in cooperation with the CISO.
• IT risk management and business continuity: Identify and mitigate IT risks and ensure appropriate business continuity and disaster recovery arrangements (BCP/DRP).
• Business and stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with business units and internal stakeholders to identify technology needs, ensure effective user support and deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Global technology collaboration: Collaborate with ZEN Group technology teams on technology transformations, system migrations, architecture initiatives and the implementation of Group-wide technology standards.
• IT team management: Build, develop and manage the IT function, including team structure, performance management, capability development and resource planning.
• Vendor and contractor management: Select, manage and evaluate technology vendors and contractors, including oversight of contracts, service levels and SLAs.
• IT budgeting and cost optimization: Prepare and manage the IT budget, monitor costs and optimize the use of technology resources.
