We develop software that helps our clients manage every stage of construction from pre-construction through construction to its final support.

Requirements

• Senior Individual Contributor with 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Primary Scope: Architecting, building, and maintaining backend systems using Go and PHP, deployed on AWS.
• Database: Strong proficiency in MySQL schema design, complex query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing backend services on AWS
• English: Professional working proficiency (required for clear technical documentation and team syncs).
• Collaboration: Self-driven with strong communication skills and experience operating in agile/scrum environments.
  
  
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Terraform for automated provisioning.
• Working knowledge of React to support full-stack tasks when required.
• French: Conversational or professional working proficiency (strongly preferred for smoother integration with the France-based team).
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend microservices and web applications.
• Collaborate daily with a France-based product and engineering team to estimate and plan the implementation of large features.
• Create new or build upon existing features that solve complex customer problems.
