Requirements

Proven experience as a Lead Full-Stack Engineer with team leadership responsibilities.

Strong backend engineering background with expert-level .NET / C# experience.

Solid experience designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services.

Hands-on experience with React for frontend development and integration.

Experience working with Microsoft Azure, including:

– Azure App Service / Web Apps

– Azure Functions

– Azure AI Search (backend integration)

– Azure Storage / Data Lake (application-level integration)

Strong understanding of authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID.

Experience defining application architecture, service boundaries, and coding standards.

Ability to lead a team, make technical decisions, and balance hands-on development with leadership duties.

Strong Communication Skills And Experience Collaborating With Cross-functional Teams.

Nice to have:

Experience with Node.js (secondary backend or tooling).

Familiarity with Angular, Vue.

Experience integrating AI/LLM-powered features into applications.

Experience with Cosmos DB or Azure SQL.

Background in enterprise, industrial, or regulated environments.

Experience growing systems from MVP to enterprise scale.

Job Responsibilities

As a Lead Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for both technical leadership and people leadership within the engineering team. You will own the backend architecture, guide frontend development, and ensure the team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with the platform roadmap.

Your responsibilities include:

Technical Leadership

Owning the backend and application-layer architecture using .NET.

Designing and maintaining APIs, service contracts, and integration patterns.

Ensuring secure, scalable integration with Azure Functions, AI Search, and data services.

Defining best practices for React-based frontend integration with backend services.

Making key architectural and technology decisions in alignment with platform goals.

Team Leadership

Leading and mentoring a team

Performing code reviews, setting quality standards, and ensuring technical consistency.

Supporting team members’ growth through guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

Planning and prioritizing technical work together with product and architecture stakeholders.

Acting as the primary technical escalation point for the team.

Delivery & Collaboration

Working closely with DevOps, Data, and AI engineers to align application development with infrastructure and data pipelines.

Supporting CI/CD practices and deployment strategies in collaboration with DevOps.

Balancing hands-on development with leadership responsibilities to ensure timely delivery.
