Product Designer (Health Coaching)

As a Product Designer at BetterMe, you will create visually engaging B2C experiences that combine strong graphic design with product thinking. You will work on funnels, landing pages, and other user journeys, exploring creative concepts and using AI tools to turn product and marketing ideas into polished designs that drive user engagement and business results.

Your Impact

• Design and improve B2C user experiences, quizzes, funnels, landing pages, and other product flows.
• Create visually strong concepts that communicate the right message and support product and marketing goals.
• Explore multiple design directions and propose creative solutions rather than stopping at the first idea.
• Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and other designers to bring ideas from concept to production.
• Collaborate with product teams on experiments, iterations, and improvements based on business priorities.
• Use AI tools in your daily design workflow, including image generation and tools such as Claude.
• Create and adapt visual assets while keeping them relevant to the product, audience, and context.
• Prepare clear design specifications and ensure high-quality implementation together with developers.
• Contribute ideas and hypotheses based on your understanding of users, the product, and business goals.
  
  

About You

• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual and graphic design skills — this is one of the key things we’ll be looking at.
• Experience designing B2C digital products, marketing-driven experiences, quizzes, funnels, landing pages, or similar user journeys.
• Experience with A/B testing and designing for experimentation.
• Strong command of typography, composition, imagery, and visual storytelling.
• Product mindset: you understand that design is not only about aesthetics, but also about user behavior, conversion, and business outcomes.
• Ability to work quickly, iterate, and adapt when product or business priorities change.
• Proactive and independent approach: you can work with an open-ended task, explore alternatives, and make decisions without requiring detailed instructions at every step.
• Ability to present and explain your design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using AI tools for design and image generation, or strong motivation to actively incorporate them into your workflow.
• Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to continuously learn and experiment.
  
  

Will Be a Plus

• Hands-on experience designing quizzes or conversion-focused funnels.
• Previous experience in a creative/digital agency, especially working on campaigns, promotional websites, social media creatives, or other visually driven projects.
• Experience working in a fast-paced B2C product company.
• Experience using AI not only for content and image generation, but also for improving or automating parts of your design workflow.
