We’re looking for a junior lawyer who is interested in innovation and wants to work with technology businesses.

Supporting the expansion of a cloud service provider across Europe

Launching DefenseTech companies

Protecting startups’ IP rights in business software and mobile applications

Supporting data center certification and participation in complex tenders

Reviewing advertising for a TV channel to ensure regulatory compliance

And many other projects across the IT and TMT sectors!

Drafting, reviewing, and providing legal support for IT agreements, including Software Development Agreements, SaaS Agreements, License Agreements, NDAs, IP rights assignment agreements, and other commercial contracts

Supporting the registration of trademarks and copyrighted works, as well as the protection of intellectual property rights

Advising clients on IT law, personal data protection (GDPR/GDPR-like regulations), and compliance matters

Preparing legal opinions, claims, applications, responses to government authorities, and other legal documents

Providing legal support to clients on matters related to business development and protection

Have at least one year of practical experience in IT law and/or intellectual property

Are confident working with contracts and have a solid understanding of contract law

Are fluent in Ukrainian and have sufficient English proficiency to work with legal documentation

Are detail-oriented, structured, responsible, and committed to seeing tasks through to completion

Experience working with IT companies or startups, or with trademark registration, will be an advantage.
