Senior Full-Stack Developer (Frontend-Oriented)

Role overview:

We're seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to join our core R&D team and help build our cloud-based platform. You'll work across the stack, shaping the architecture, implementing new features, optimizing performance, and mentoring team members to uphold high standards. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on a platform automating IT auditing for SaaS companies globally.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of frontend development with React, plus solid backend experience in Node.js (C#, Java, or C++ also relevant).
• Strong command of modern frontend fundamentals — component architecture, state management, performance, and responsive UI.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with AWS or a similar cloud provider; understanding of microservices architecture.
• Ability to own a feature or technical project end to end and drive it independently.
• Strong software design fundamentals and a self-driven approach to problem-solving.
• English — Upper-Intermediate level and above, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience developing high-scale SaaS products with polished, complex UIs.
• Eye for UX and close collaboration with Product and design.
• Understanding of CI/CD and QA automation processes.
• Maturity with AI-assisted development — able to review and understand generated code rather than relying on it blindly.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Build intuitive, performant frontends in React and shape the platform's UI/UX architecture.
• Implement backend logic and integrate with third-party APIs as part of full-stack feature delivery.
• Participate in architectural decisions, research, and design for scalable, maintainable software.
• Work directly with Product and stakeholders to shape requirements and break them into well-scoped tasks.
• Mentor teammates, promote knowledge sharing, and uphold coding standards.
• Continuously improve UI performance, scalability, and maintainability while keeping up with industry trends.
