The Opportunity

This position works out of our Kyiv, Ukraine location in the EPD Division.

As the Digital Specialist (CRM, customer engagement) you’ll be responsible for planning, execution and optimization of HCP engagement campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other digital channels. The role will work closely with Product Managers, Medical, Compliance and Digital teams to drive personalized physician engagement across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and execute HCP customer engagement campaigns.
• Build and manage omnichannel communication journeys.
• Coordinate campaign planning with Product Managers.
• Manage content calendar and campaign delivery process.
• Work with Marketing Cloud specialists on campaign implementation.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Conduct segmentation and audience targeting.
• Perform A/B testing and engagement analysis.
• Prepare regular reporting dashboards and business recommendations.
  
  

Requirements :

• Experience in CRM Marketing or Campaign Management (desirable from 3 years).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience with email marketing and customer journey management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with customer segmentation and campaign optimization.
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a strong advantage.
