Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the central point of communication between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals.
• Product Strategy & Execution: Define product roadmaps, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive initiatives from ideation to launch with a "ship-to-production" mindset that balances speed and quality.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Define success metrics, use data and user feedback to guide decisions, and continuously optimize features post-launch.
• Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses, using results to refine features and prioritize the roadmap.
• AI-Augmented Workflow: Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, specification, prototyping, and decision-making across the product lifecycle.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven Experience: 5–6+ years of hands-on product management experience in B2C mobile and web applications at scale.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Experience leading, mentoring, and growing a team of Product Managers (or cross-functional product squads), setting clear performance goals and fostering product excellence.
• Product Strategy & Vision: Track record of defining, executing, and defending long-term product roadmaps aligned with global business objectives, OKRs, and key product metrics.
• Data-Driven & Business Acumen: Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of B2C unit economics, retention, monetization drivers (LTV, ARPU, CAC), and A/B testing methodologies.
• Process Ownership & Delivery: Proven ability to establish and optimize Product Discovery and Delivery frameworks across cross-functional teams with a high-velocity "ship-to-production" mindset.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, influencing, and alignment skills, with experience partnering closely with C-level executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Proactive Initiative: Strong ownership and bias for action, actively identifying growth opportunities and driving complex product initiatives from concept to production.
• Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
