You will:

• Shape and evolve the product's visual identity and recognizability across all creative touchpoints.
• Analyze the behavior, intents, and desires of the target audience, transforming insights into hypotheses for creative testing.
• Conduct consistent research on competitor activities and market trends.
• Build a testing backlog for creative concepts.
• Coordinate the creative production process, clearly formulating design briefs (technical specifications) for marketing designers.
• Own the creative pipeline end-to-end, keeping quality high while volume scales.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative testing efficiency based on data, where efficiency means lower cost per acquisition ($), lower CAC, and a higher volume of tested concepts with a superior Win Rate.
  
  

We'll have a match if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience in performance creative production/marketing/design.
• Understand deeply top-of-the-funnel marketing metrics.
• Have a structured workflow approach — you base your conclusions on data and analytics, rather than subjective perception or "common sense".
• Speak fluent Ukrainian.
