Your project:

Taimi. It is an inclusive LGBTQ+ dating app. It is carefully designed to explore users' diverse romantic and sexual preferences.

The app ranks among the Top 5 dating apps in the U.S. by downloads and has partnerships with Doja Cat, Katy Perry, Lil Nas X, Netflix, Rolling Stone Magazine, and more.

Taimi today: 31M users, 1,5M MAU, 84M+ matches annually.

You will:

• Elevate Taimi's social media presence, particularly on Instagram and TikTok, and lead the charge on creative, viral moments to generate positive social media coverage.
• Develop and implement fresh content strategies to boost follower growth and engagement.
• Be a cross-platform storyteller, writing witty, engaging copy and crafting or sourcing visuals.
• Collaborate with our creative team and design team on multimedia content that resonates with our audience.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and constantly experiment with new tactics, replicating what's most effective.
• Work closely with the Community team to create seamless brand experiences.
  
  

We'll have a match if you:

• Have a minimum of 2 years as a social media manager with a successful track record.
• Have English at a B2 level or higher.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Have a deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and how to drive virality.
• Are able to not only follow brand guidelines but also help shape the tone and strategy across channels.
• Have expertise across social platforms, with tailored strategies for each.
  
  

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with both editorial and corporate brands.
• Design skills.
• A knack for social formats and designs.
