Associate Principal, Healthcare & Life Sciences Consulting

Job Overview

As an Associate Principal in Consulting Services you will play a pivotal role in expanding IQVIA's client base and growing the business in Ukraine. Your focus will be on strategy consulting leveraging your expertise to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive business success. You will lead efforts to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver impactful consulting services that enhance IQVIA's presence in the region.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement strategic consulting initiatives to expand IQVIA's client base in Ukraine.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their business drivers and needs.
• Lead client engagements delivering high-quality consulting services that drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Degree in business, economics or healthcare.
• Extensive experience in strategy consulting with a proven track record of building client relationships and growing the business.
• Strong understanding of the Ukrainian market will be essential in this role, with healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry knowledge being a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and clients.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams ensuring quality delivery and resource allocation.
• Fluency in both English and Ukrainian is required
