Your project:

Hily is a dating app where everyone can be themselves and enjoy dating as they are. Users become part of a community where people find genuine connections and meaningful relationships. The app ranks among the Top 5 dating apps in the U.S. by downloads, competing with market leaders such as Tinder and Bumble. Hily today: 40M users, 1.5B likes sent, 50M+ matches annually.

You will:

• Run performance marketing campaigns on Snapchat.
• Run and optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV.
• Run tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights, and manage budget.
• Cooperate with the creative team on creative production.
• Develop automation and auto-rules for acquisition.
• Analyze competitors, suggest ideas, and generate hypotheses.

• Love learning: you regularly read/watch cases, courses, and are ready to invest time into self‐education.
• Feel comfortable working with numbers and making simple conclusions from data.
• Are attentive to details and double‐check your work (links, targeting, budgets, naming, tracking).
• Can organize yourself: keep tasks, deadlines, and reports in order.
• Are not afraid of routine and repetitive tasks at the start, understanding this is how you gain expertise.
  
  

Will be an advantage:

• Any hands‐on experience with ads (TikTok / Meta / Google / Snapchat) — even small budgets, your own project, freelance or course practice.
• Completed courses in digital marketing/performance / UA (with certificates or projects).
• Basic familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase) at least on a theoretical level.
• Understanding of basic performance metrics: CPI, ROAS, LTV, payback period (even just definitions).
• Experience in startups, product teams, gaming, or mobile apps.
