We invite a Support Engineer who is excited about technology to join our team for providing top-class services for worldwide famous users of our cybersecurity product. You will learn from our experts and get a unique experience to become an expert yourself.
Responsibilities
- Support user inquiries on IT issues via email / ticketing system and chats
- Reproduce customers issues on a prepared environment
- Participated in a remote troubleshooting calls and demo with customers
- Prepare customer oriented documentation and guides
- Hold technical presentations and online demos explaining our solution to prospective customers
- Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 19:00 PM
1+ years experience in technical support
- English language level: Upper-Intermediate and higher
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of SQL queries and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Work experience with Linux and Mac OS (basic troubleshooting, logs collections)
- Experience in preparation and improvement technical documentation
- Remote work
