Receiving applications from customers (homeowners, their authorized representatives, residents of buildings) regarding equipment serviced by OTIS PJSC (elevators, escalators, travelators, lifts, etc.) 100% of applications received and processed, skipping is unacceptable, it is possible to redial the missed number within 2-3 minutes

Registration of the received information in the office PC in accordance with the established form 100% of applications

Transfer of the received information to the mechanics on duty of the OTIS LINE emergency service shift or to the mechanics of the territorial department of the service department

Within 2-3 minutes from the moment of receipt of the application

Control over the terms of work by mechanics in accordance with the information transmitted.

When passengers are stuck - control for 30 minutes, when equipment is out of order - 2 hours

Receive feedback from mechanics on eliminating the causes of the malfunction, restoring operation and timing of starting or suspending equipment When passengers are stuck - control for 60 minutes, when equipment is out of order - 4 hours

Remote control of elevator equipment according to the operating instructions of the equipment manufacturers.

Appropriate training is provided

Registration of information received from mechanics in the office PC in accordance with the established form.

100% of applications

Formation and submission of reports:

 based on the results of the current shift;

 on non-working elevators;

 based on the results of the reporting month;

 elevator and facility histories;

 list of critical and problematic equipment;

 frequency of equipment stops and others;

 other reports at the request of management. At the request of management
