QA Engineer

We are currently looking for a Middle QA Engineer to join a product team building an AI-powered platform for the pharmaceutical industry. You will help ensure the quality and reliability of the product we're building

About You

• You're detail-oriented and take ownership of the quality of the features you test, not just the tickets assigned to you.
• You think critically and enjoy digging into “why” something broke, not just reporting that it did.
• You communicate clearly with developers, PMs, and clients, and you're comfortable asking questions when requirements are unclear.
• You're organized and can manage your own testing scope across several features or releases in parallel.
• You're curious about how data-driven and AI-powered products work, and you're motivated to understand the business logic behind what you test, not just the UI.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years of commercial experience as a QA Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with manual testing: functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and UI testing.
• Experience testing REST APIs (e.g., with Postman) and reading API responses.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to write clear test documentation: test cases, test plans, checklists, and bug reports.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar).
• Experience testing data-heavy or analytics/BI-driven products (dashboards, reports, data pipelines).
• Basic SQL skills for verifying data in the database.
• Intermediate (B1-B2) English, both written and verbal.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Basic exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright), or willingness to grow into automation over time.
• Experience testing products with AI/ML-driven features.
• Familiarity with the pharma, healthcare, or loyalty/CRM domain.
• Experience with performance or load testing basics.
  
  

As a Middle QA Engineer, You Will

• Design, write, and maintain test cases, checklists, and test plans for new and existing features.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across the platform, including the AI-powered personalization engine and analytics dashboards.
• Test REST APIs and validate data flows between the platform, uploaded client data, and generated reports.
• Verify data accuracy on analytics boards and dashboards used to track campaign and business performance.
• Log, track, and prioritize bugs, and work closely with developers to reproduce, clarify, and verify fixes.
• Participate in requirement reviews and sprint planning, raising quality and edge-case concerns early.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve QA processes and testing coverage.
