Senior Copilot Studio Developer

We are seeking a Senior Copilot Studio Developer to lead the development of Microsoft Copilot agents and enterprise integrations leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves designing and implementing advanced automation, enterprise-grade integrations and governance solutions tailored to industrial and Oil & Gas environments.

Please note that for positions in Ukraine, we only consider candidates who are currently based in Ukraine or plan to return in the near future. Remote work is available only from Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Microsoft Copilot Studio agents including task-based, retrieval-based and autonomous models
• Create agent conversation models, prompt engineering and multi-agent orchestration solutions
• Develop integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce and other enterprise systems
• Build custom connectors utilizing OpenAPI, REST APIs and Azure Entra ID with OAuth 2.0 for secure integrations
• Handle enterprise knowledge grounding integrating with SharePoint, Dataverse and other data sources
• Manage Power Platform governance including environment management, DLP policy enforcement and RBAC
• Implement Responsible AI practices in compliance with Oil & Gas and industrial IT standards
• Oversee DEV/UAT/PROD lifecycle management and ensure successful deployments with monitoring and analytics
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements and orchestrate discovery workshops
• Translate business needs into Copilot agent functionalities and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Engage with stakeholders to manage communication, facilitate integration and provide adoption support
• Conduct change impact assessments for smooth implementations and continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development or enterprise application integration
• Expertise in Power Platform including custom connector development and premium connectors
• Knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors and Salesforce integrations
• Familiarity with building secure API integrations using OpenAPI, REST APIs, Azure Entra ID and OAuth 2.0
• Proficiency in data handling for both structured and unstructured enterprise datasets
• Understanding of governance best practices, RBAC policies and compliance for enterprise environments
• Experience with DEV/UAT/PROD lifecycle management, deployment processes and performance optimization
• Background in integrating engineering systems including project systems and document management
• Capability to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Certification with Microsoft Power Platform preferred
