Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to drive UI development for a modern, open-source data integration platform. In this role, you will build seamless Single Page Applications (SPAs), modernize legacy codebases, and embrace AI-driven workflows, using modern LLM agents to enhance your individual productivity and contribute to the overall performance of the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend web development, with a proven track record of delivering complex SPAs.
• Deep, demonstrable expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern web standards.
• Strong experience with Redux Saga, Vite, npm, and Node.js.
• Proven ability to implement test-driven development (TDD) using Jest and Cypress.
• Familiarity with Docker and maintaining clean, consistent development environments.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities for effective cross-team and customer collaboration.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with data integration platforms, ETL/ELT tools, or the broader data integration ecosystem.
• Experience gathering direct UI requirements from customers and translating them into technical specifications.
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement a user-friendly Single Page Application (SPA) using React, TypeScript, and Redux Saga.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create and maintain UI mockups and user flows.
• Leverage AI to improve and streamline your own work through effective prompt engineering while maintaining a high level of curiosity about emerging tools.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into robust, scalable frontend solutions.
• Work closely with Product Managers, QA, and external customer teams to analyze requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Rapidly onboard onto new project initiatives and build productive, collaborative relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Actively participate in daily standups, providing transparent updates on progress, technical challenges, and milestones.
