Your project:

AdConnect. It is a business within appflame that specializes in building innovative solutions in performance marketing and digital products development. Our performance marketing includes Social, PPC, Native, and Display advertising. Within these areas, we help businesses from around the world acquire new customers through Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, Taboola, and more.

You will:

• Develop and implement effective advertising strategies for highly competitive dating products and target markets, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines.
• Continuously analyze and optimize ad performance using metrics like CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROI to maximize return on investment.
• Conduct competitors' research, generating insights and presenting findings to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other specialists to bring your creative ideas for ads and landing pages to life.
  
  

We'll have a match if you:

• A strong understanding of Facebook algorithms.
• At least one year of experience with Facebook Ads tools.
• Ability to analyze key metrics and work with models like CPA, CPC, CPM, CPI, and ROI.
• Strong skills in working with spreadsheets and BI Tools.
• Good technical skills in FB Pixel and API.
• Experience managing >30k budgets in verticals with high competition.
• English B2 and higher.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Positive mindset and challenging spirit to push boundaries.
  
  

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in Dating Vertical and Tier-1 markets.
• Strong Technical skills in Tracking Systems (Keitaro, Voluum) and their APIs.
