Description

The Client is the UK’s leading fee-free mortgage broker. Together with Globallogic, they are embarking on a significant digital transformation since they have recently acquired the source code for a market-leading Mortgage Management COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) system and now are looking for a skilled .NET Developer to lead the charge in customising, deploying, and scaling this platform to become our next-generation CRM. It is a high-impact project to migrate our entire broker network and lead pipeline onto a high-throughput, modern .NET 8 architecture hosted entirely on Azure.

Requirements

• Expertise in .NET 8, C#, ASP.NET MVC
• Hands on Azure (Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage)
• SQL Server / relational databases
• Web Services, APIs, microservices
• Azure DevOps fundamentals and understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Automated testing (unit testing, mocking)
• Agile / Scrum development practices
• Good level of English

Job responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable backend systems for a new CRM platform
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers
• Champion code quality through clean code, design patterns, reviews and testing
• Collaborate with product, QA, and other engineering teams
• Participate in project planning, estimation and progress tracking
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Produce clear technical documentation for designs, APIs and processes
