Our team serves as the primary technical and operational hub, responsible for ensuring the reliability of company technology through expert hardware, software, and network support. We manage the full lifecycle of specialized hardware—from international procurement, customs clearance, and inventory management to seamless internal distribution and onboarding. By integrating hands-on technical troubleshooting with precise logistics and asset administration, we maintain high operational stability and efficiency across the entire company.

About The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, junior engineer in the field of Systems Administration to join our IT team in Kyiv. The individual will be tasked with providing support for end-users, troubleshooting, solving, and preventing technical issues and working with the rest of our IT team to ensure all technical standards and ongoing compliance with best practices and regulations are met.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software incidents, both remotely and in person, to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals in accordance with company standards
• Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion, and assign appropriate permissions and access rights across various platforms
• Assist with the IT onboarding process for new hires, ensuring their equipment and accounts are set up and functional from day one
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides to assist staff with common issues
• Escalate complex and unresolved issues to the appropriate senior IT staff or specialised teams
• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades to ensure the health and security of the IT environment.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Experience in troubleshooting macOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ticketing systems
• Basic scripting skills for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and endpoint security tools
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ticketing systems.
