Big Data Innovation Product Manager

As a Big Data Innovation Product Manager, you will lead one of our Innovation Teams responsible for discovering and validating the next generation of Big Data products and features. Your mission is to identify new market opportunities, deeply understand customer problems, validate business hypotheses through customer discovery, prototypes and MVPs, and transform promising ideas into scalable product concepts. You will work at the intersection of customer needs, technology, AI and data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build the future Big Data product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery activities to identify new market opportunities and customer problems.
• Conduct Customer Discovery (CusDev), user interviews and market research to validate customer needs and business opportunities.
• Build and prioritize a hypothesis backlog aligned with company strategy and growth objectives.
• Define experimentation plans and success metrics for product hypotheses.
• Design, launch and evaluate prototypes and MVPs to validate product feasibility, desirability and commercial potential.
• Analyze customer feedback, product usage and business metrics to make evidence-based product decisions.
• Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Analytics and Business teams throughout the innovation process.
• Prepare validated concepts, business cases and product documentation for handover to Core Product Teams.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and competitors to identify future innovation opportunities.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid learning and continuous innovation within the whole Big Data team.
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Discovery, Innovation Management or a related role.
• Experience with Big Data, AI/ML, AdTech, MarTech or Data Products.
• Experience working with B2B products.
• Strong understanding of Lean Startup, Design Thinking and product discovery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience conducting customer interviews, validating hypotheses and running product experiments.
• Experience launching prototypes, MVPs or new digital products.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer insights and product metrics.
• Knowledge of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen and customer-centric thinking.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Familiarity with SQL, analytics tools or product analytics platforms Would be a plus.
