Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner / Business Analyst to join our team and work closely with the client, business stakeholders, and engineering teams. The role combines strong business analysis skills with product ownership responsibilities, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear, actionable requirements and successfully delivered by the development team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role within software development.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with product backlog management and prioritization.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable user stories.
• Experience working directly with clients and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and understand software development concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English.
• Experience in complex enterprise products.
• Experience working in a distributed/international team.
• Technical background or good understanding of modern software architecture and APIs.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, the client, and the engineering team.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear priorities and alignment with business goals.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Facilitate requirements clarification and refinement sessions with technical teams.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Support the team throughout the delivery lifecycle, from requirements definition through implementation and validation.
• Identify dependencies, gaps, risks, and potential improvements.
• Participate in planning, refinement, demos, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and agreed acceptance criteria.
• Proactively communicate progress, issues, and decisions to relevant stakeholders.
