Join our Cyber Strategy Team and take the lead on assessments, risk evaluations, and cybersecurity consulting projects. If you’re motivated by continuous learning and can work both independently and as part of an expert team, we’d love to hear from you!

What we expect from you:

  • 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, ICT risk management, or cyber controls.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on cybersecurity assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels ( both speaking and in writing).
  • Assertive communication style and excellent situational awareness
  • Structured, analytical thinking and agility with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.
  • Degree in Business Informatics, IT, or a related field.

What gives you advantage:

  • Experience in IT consulting or risk management, and familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIST, with relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, ISO Lead Implementer).
  • Knowledge of international standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL)
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on both local and international cybersecurity advisory projects
  • Background in IT operations, development, or infrastructure
  • Experience with access rights management and verification

Your future role

  • Leading and delivering cybersecurity assessments aligned with regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2 or DORA.
  • Performing cybersecurity risk assessments.
  • Managing cybersecurity projects.
  • Participation in cybersecurity consulting projects (e.g. preparing cybersecurity strategy, data privacy consulting, cybersecurity trainings).
  • Participation in regional and European level cybersecurity projects as an expert.
