Responsibilities

• Learning under the supervision of an experienced programmer
• Spend 30-40 hours per week for 6 months on developing yourself in your chosen field
• Working closely with your mentor on daily tasks
  
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals: Data structures, algorithms, and OOP
• Good understanding of relational database concepts
• Good knowledge of Java
• Practical experience with Git
• Understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of how frontend communicates with backend (Rest API, HTTP methods)
• Curiosity to explore and integrate modern AI technologies into your daily workflow
• English: Upper-Intermediate level (both spoken and written)
• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM-related fields

• Active use of AI-powered coding tools (like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.) for personal or academic projects
• Knowledge of the Spring framework
• Basic React/Angular knowledge
• A GitHub profile featuring your pet projects
• Strong interest in pursuing a full-stack career path
