About The Role

In this role, you will combine team coordination responsibilities with hands-on involvement in billing operations. You will support the team in achieving operational goals, ensure the smooth execution of billing processes, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the team’s workload and support daily billing operations.
• Communicate with clients to resolve billing-related issues and handle complex cases effectively.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with team members, providing feedback and support for their professional development.
• Contribute to process optimisation initiatives and the implementation of improvements across the team.
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in people coordination, task allocation, or team support activities.
• Experience working with billing, invoicing, or financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset, initiative, and a continuous improvement approach.
