Base salary: UAH 25,000/month + performance bonuses

I’m the founder of Roguelike, a Reddit marketing agency helping SaaS companies and online businesses reach relevant audiences. I’m looking for someone with experience growing an agency to work alongside me on client acquisition, sales and day-to-day operations.

We already have client delivery experience and specialists who handle execution. Now we’re building a more consistent way to win clients, deliver good work and grow profitably.

What you’ll do

• Develop acquisition channels, identify promising customer segments and improve our offers.

• Work with me on sales calls, proposals, objections and closing deals.

• Organize the handover from sales to delivery, with clear responsibilities, deadlines and reporting.

• Coordinate specialists and contractors and monitor delivery quality.

• Track project costs, team capacity and profitability.

• Help retain clients and develop long-term relationships.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience growing a marketing or other service agency.

• Practical experience in client acquisition, sales and project delivery.

• An understanding of agency economics and team coordination.

• Concrete examples of what you personally improved and the results achieved.

• The ability to work independently and follow through on decisions.

• Strong English is essential: you must be able to handle client correspondence, calls and negotiations independently.

Hands-on Reddit marketing experience is a major advantage and will be taken into account when determining your salary offer. Please include a relevant example if you have this experience.

What we offer

• A fixed base salary of UAH 25,000/month, with the final salary offer discussed based on relevant experience.

• Additional performance bonuses, with the structure agreed before you start.

• Full-time work in Kyiv, office-based or hybrid.

Hiring process

An introductory conversation, followed by a 75–90-minute interview covering your experience and a practical agency scenario. For finalists, a small paid assignment and reference checks with your consent.
