Senior Operations Manager | Head Office

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to drive operational efficiency, improve business processes, and strengthen collaboration across teams. In this role, you will turn operational challenges into practical solutions, introduce meaningful improvements, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across operational teams.

What you will do:

• Create, optimize, document, and maintain operational processes.
• Drive continuous process improvement using data, automation, and AI-driven tools.
• Implement, monitor, and improve business process efficiency metrics.
• Support and improve projects, dashboards, and workflows in Jira.
• Coordinate projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Build and refine cross-functional alignment between business units and operational teams, breaking down silos and ensuring coordinated execution and delivery.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality execution of service delivery models across operational teams, with a focus on SLA compliance, clear ownership, and expected outcomes.
• Manage selected operational budgets and optimize expenses.
  
  

What we expect from you:

• At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a company with 200+ people.
• Hands-on experience building, documenting, and improving business processes, making them clear, efficient, and consistent.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to align and coordinate work across different teams and departments.
• Proven ability to drive change and introduce new ideas, even without direct authority.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data and operational challenges into clear, practical solutions.
• Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic automation; experience building reports and tracking systems.
• Strong experience working with Jira is a plus.
