We are currently looking for a PPC Specialist to join the Solvy business, which is developing a full-cycle online platform for working with legal, financial, and personal documents.

Solvy is now at a stage of active growth and scaling:

  • the team is growing;
  • the product is scaling without compromising stability or quality;
  • results are increasing 2–3x month over month.

In the role of PPC Specialist, you will:

  • Own the PPC channel for Solvy end-to-end: strategy, launch, optimization and scaling of campaigns.
  • Manage and allocate the paid budget to hit target CAC / ROAS / payback and grow revenue profitably.
  • Understand and model product economics (LTV, CAC, funnel conversion, retention) and use it to set bids, targets and budget decisions.
  • Set up and maintain correct tracking, conversions and value-based optimization together with analytics/dev.
  • Run a continuous testing roadmap: ads, keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages.
  • Find new growth points: new GEOs, campaign types, channels and funnel improvements together with product.
  • Build reporting and regularly present results, insights and plans to management.
  • Keep up with platform updates and market changes and turn them into competitive advantages.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • 2+ years hands-on in PPC / paid search, with full ownership of accounts and budgets (Google Ads is a must; Microsoft Ads is a plus).
  • Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition profitably, with numbers to show for it (spend, ROAS/ROI, CAC, payback).
  • Strong grasp of product unit economics: LTV, CAC, payback period, conversion funnel, retention, margin; can build and defend a model in a spreadsheet.
  • Deep knowledge of bidding strategies (tCPA/tROAS, value-based bidding), campaign structures, Performance Max, keyword research and negative management.
  • Tracking & attribution: GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, offline/server-side conversions, value-based conversion setup.
  • Confident with data: advanced Google Sheets/Excel, comfortable working with BI dashboards and raw data; basic SQL is a strong plus.
  • Systematic A/B testing of ads, landing pages and bidding approaches with clear hypotheses and conclusions.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in subscription / SaaS / EdTech or other products with LTV-based economics.
  • SQL, Looker Studio or another BI tool for self-serve analysis.
  • Experience with scripts and automation (Google Ads Scripts, API, rules).
  • Experience with other paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads) and cross-channel budget allocation.
  • CRO experience: working with landing pages, funnels and product team on conversion growth.
  • Experience launching new GEOs and markets.
  • Ambition and readiness to grow into a Head of PPC role.
