Junior Billing Analyst - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

Tieto Tech Consulting is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Junior Billing Analyst.

As a part of the international team, you will be contributing to the business with 3500+ enterprise customers including top-tier mobile operators, OTTs, and hyperscalers across 100+ countries. Be the engine of telco commercial success: ensure accurate customer data, pricing governance, efficient deal execution, and seamless customer support.

As a Junior Billing Analyst, you will:

Areas of Responsibility:

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of trade partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of financial operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Legal, Operations) to resolve issues and provide visibility on performance indicators.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
• Monitor and report on relevant KPIs, such as billing accuracy and open disputes.
• Monitor and report on KPIs for assigned partners and cases, supporting the manager in achieving financial targets by focusing on assigned cases and operators.
• Contribute to audits, reconciliations, and internal control reviews.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or a related area.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2 or higher).
• Good understanding of billing and invoicing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or finance tools.
• Experience working with international clients or partners.
• Experience with electronic document management or e-invoicing.
  
  

Will Be an Advantage:

• Experience with electronic document management and/or e-invoicing.
• Experience in the Telco or IT industry.
• Familiarity with Power BI, YayPay, D365, or similar finance/automation tools.
• Experience handling billing disputes or invoice discrepancies.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
