Who We're Looking For

Product Owner to join our Marketing Team.

As a Product Owner, you will drive the development of AI-powered marketing automation capabilities, including no-code and AI-driven marketing execution experiences. You will work on products that enable users to create, customize, and analyze marketing workflows using AI agents, automation engines, and modern MarTech integrations, helping shape the future of an AI-native marketing platform.

Responsibilities

• Collect and elaborate business requirements from customers, partners, the external community, and internal users.
• Organize and prioritize requirements within the company's information resources.
• Define and defend product concepts, including: grouping and detailing business requirements; developing go-to-market strategies; creating mockups using AI tools; collaborating on UX and UI design in conjunction with UI designers; producing presentation materials; drafting user stories; assigning tasks to technical writers to elaborate functionality within internal and public-facing company resources.
• Conduct market research focused on the MarTech landscape, including competitor analysis and evaluation of potential integration solutions, with the goal of continuously evolving the product into a best-in-class AI-native marketing platform.
• Collaborate closely with the Scrum Master and Development Team to achieve product goals and meet customer expectations.
• Provide consultations to internal employees, customers, and partners on customizing the system to address business needs.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for company employees and clients on new release features.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with proven end-to-end product development experience and strong expertise in the product discovery stage.
• Proficiency in collaborating and integrating with technology partners to deliver joint products.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on application architecture and contributing to informed architectural decisions.
• Profound understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Advanced communication skills in English (B2+ or higher), both verbal and written, with experience working in an international business environment.
• Strong background in B2B product development, preferably within SaaS or platform-based solutions, with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and detailed requirements levels.
• Deep expertise in the MarTech domain and marketing automation platforms, including: social media advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads); omnichannel marketing solutions (WhatsApp, SMS, etc.); APIs; third-party integrations; webhook-based event-driven architectures.
• Demonstrated experience identifying opportunities and shaping AI-driven product features, including AI-powered personalization, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
• Proven ability to independently deliver product prototypes, internal tools, or automation flows using AI-assisted development, going beyond concept creation.

• Proven track record of independently delivering AI-powered features from concept to production, not limited to ideation.
• Deep practical knowledge of the MarTech ecosystem, including hands-on experience building, configuring, or launching marketing automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding and no-code tools to build prototypes and automate workflows independently.
