Distribution Service Engineer - Ukraine

We’re looking for a Distribution Service Engineer - Ukraine who enjoys being close to customers, solving technical service topics, and making sure issues move from question to solution smoothly.

You’ll Become An Important Point Of Connection Between Our Customers, Service Partners, And Internal Teams In Ukraine. Curious What That Looks Like In Practice? Let’s Dive Right In

• Take ownership of assigned customer tickets in Ukraine, coordinating their handling and supporting efficient resolution of service requests.
• Support the approval and coordination of service partners involved in customer service activities across the market.
• Contribute to system testing, issue feedback, and service process optimization, working closely with the Service Platform team and relevant CRM processes.
• Act as a single point of contact for key customers, including distributors and installers, supporting service issues and maintaining clear customer communication through online channels and on-site visits.
• Deliver customer training and practical service guidance to help customers and partners work effectively with our solutions.
• Coordinate internally across departments on spare-parts logistics, service issues, and major incidents affecting assigned customers.
  
  

Your profile

Role

All right, that sounds like quite a mix of technology, customer interaction, and hands-on problem solving, doesn’t it? To feel at home in this role and make an impact for the long run, your background could look something like this:

• Technical education or degree in electrical engineering, electronics, energy engineering, automation, or a comparable technical field.
• Experience in technical service, after-sales support, field service, distribution service, or another customer-facing technical role is highly valuable.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating their resolution with customers, service partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Confident using ticketing and CRM systems to document cases, track progress, and provide structured feedback.
• Strong customer communication skills, combined with a well-organized approach to managing multiple cases, priorities, and major incidents.
• Ukrainian C1 and English B2 or higher, with willingness to travel for customer support, training, and on-site service activities as appropriate for the role and local conditions.
