Responsibilities:

Managing recruitment process (searching and selecting candidates for driver vacancies).
Processing paperwork: Collecting and checking required paperwork to meet the stated requirements.
Interviewing candidates and explaining external industry regulations.
Maintaining the CRM system.
Handling complaints and grievances properly.
Processing of emails and prompt resolution of the related issues.

Requirements:
English — В2+.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on results.
Proficient time management skills.
A desire to learn new information and grow alongside the company.
Experience in customer support will be a plus.
